NOTICE: Email was upgraded and moved on Sept 27, 2011.
- New webmail:
mail.ilhawaii.net
- Old mailboxes were available until Oct 10 at
oldmail.ilhawaii.net.
- Mail on the old platform was imported into the new system
in the days following the upgrade.
- Mail to your username@ any of the domains listed
below works the same. For example, username@ilhawaii.net
is the same as username@bigisland.com,
username@hilo.net, & username@kona.net.
Settings

Important:
- Log in with yourname@ilhawaii.net.
- Use POP if you want to download all mail to a single computer.
- Use IMAP for anything else, particularly if you read mail
from more than one computer or your phone, or use webmail.

| Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server |
mail.ilhawaii.net
Important:
- Log in with yourname@ilhawaii.net.
- You can use this server even if you travel or have another
ISP. Just make sure you configure SMTP authentication using
your email address.
relay.aloha.net
You can use this if you're a high-speed customer without
an interLink mailbox. You just have to be on our
network, so you don't have to use SMTP authentication.
